Fredericton Community Outreach

As a partnership with the Community Action Group on Homelessness, Partners for Youth has received funding from the federal government to operate an outreach project in the greater Fredericton region. The goal of this project is to mobilize the community in order to address ongoing issues for homeless and near homeless individuals. The project is based on a “housing first” approach and is coordinated by our Outreach Project staff member.
